Great for hoppers and daddies
Well tied, value for money, and indispensable
Great for hoppers and daddies.
Great, plenty of legs on these
Mostly pretty good with the odd piece knotted a bit too far into the fibre and some bits a touch fine in fibre diameter..... as you would expect from hand knotted and natural fibres. makes great daddies and similar flees.
ties very well and looks great
Wish i had the patience to tie the knots myself, well done knot tier a chore well done.
Used the product for daddy's, nymphs.
Anther good purchase - this saves a lot of time instead of having to tie them myself.
Never used this before. Tied a couple of flies yesterday, great to work with and the flies look good. Looking forward to presenting them to the Trout.
Right product, right price, right service, right company.... keep it up and you keep my business :) happies all round :)
Best way to buy ddl legs.
good stuff, poifick on 10s n 12s :-)
Thought I might get a full quill from the description but instead about half a quill.
Excellent item as expected as its Veniard but as with all there fly tying materials rather pricy. Harvey Angling has good communication and quick delivery. Would like free delivery on the small items but can live with it for a reliable well known company. Have used before and will use again as very happy with there service.
You seem to be the only place to find these whole feathers. All the rest of the suppliers are removing just a dozen or so 'legs' and selling them at £2.60 a time! Daylight robbery. Thanks for selling them like this. I'm 82, so I think I have enough to last me out now. Cheers. Tony
Plenty of legs, way better than buying packs
Better to tie ones own but whos got the patience
I have two tools for knotting legs on pheasant tail.do I use them ? NO, by the time I order on line and receive the item,I could have tied enough for 1 fly (6 legs) This bit of kit is a MUST for anyone tying Hoppers or Daddies. I bought 2 lots,NATURAL and BLACK,both BRILLIANT
1st class products and service
Great service and exactly what it says on the tin
very happy with product.
Good quality with colours which don't run.
Great Product Knotted legs is done good
As was my feedback, great product, good quality, bit of a kick when it has £3:99 stickers on them, when you have actually been charged £4:59 (I think). I knew the price, that was clear enough and thats the price I bought them (2) at, but it still leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Don't really understand why there is, or should be a price difference between shop and ebay, other than, you, making me, pay your ebay costs???
Harvey Angling Comments: Sadly, eBay charge 10% for every sale, PayPal charge a further 3.4% plus 20p per transaction. We have a difference in costs to encourage customers to purchase from the website rather than eBay
very pleased with purchase
Good product. You can probably tie your own a bit cheaper but the time you save by buying ready made knotted legs makes the extra cost worth while.
These are good value, double knotted and good amount of legs on a stick. I would welcome more colour options but not a big issue. For example, having these on Kingfisher Blue would complement the Irish flies very well.
